The main residence offers the following overnight accommodations:

Commonwealth Quarters - private suite with queen bed in the bedroom, private full bath, living room with two sleeper sofas, screened outdoor porch, and private entrance. Commonwealth offers in-room television with DirectTV access.

Fairfax Room – spacious, sun-filled room with king bed and private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Fairfax offers in-room television with DirectTV access.

Richmond Room – large room with a queen bed and private full bath.

The unique floor plan of the residence offers a high level of flexibility in meeting the needs of each guest or group. In contrast to traditional bed & breakfast and hotel facilities, Kinloch Farm can tailor room reservations to meet your individual requirements. For larger groups, additional overnight accommodations can be arranged at other facilities within a short distance from Kinloch.
