FROM WASHINGTON, DC/NORTHERN VIRGINIA

1) Take Interstate 95 South from the Washington, DC metro area; go over the Rappahannock
River and continue south past the Fredericksburg, VA, exits.

2) Exit at Exit 126 - Spotsyvania (Hwy. 17 South; Hwy 1). Turn Right at bottom of the exit
ramp. Follow signs for Hwy. 17 South towards Tappahannock. Enjoy the 30-minute ride in the
country.

3) Roughly 8 miles past the intersection of Hwy. 17 – S and Hwy. 301, turn Right on Quarter
Hill Road (County Road 641). Travel 2 miles and Kinloch Farm is on the Right. Follow the
gravel road on the right to the Parking Area and proceed to the front door. Welcome to
Kinloch Farm!

FROM RICHMOND, VIRGINIA

1) Take Highway 360 East through Mechanicsville towards the Town of Tappahannock.

2) At intersection with State Highway 17, follow Highway 17 North through the Town of
Tappahannock (towards Fredericksburg) and stay on Hwy. 17 – N for approximately 18 miles.

3) Turn Left on Quarter Hill Road (County Road 641) – a large greenhouse business is on the
right side of Hwy. 17 – N at the turning point. Travel 2 miles and Kinloch Farm is on the
Right. Follow the gravel road on the right to the Parking Area and proceed to the front
door. Welcome to Kinloch Farm!

FROM TIDEWATER REGION, VIRGINIA

1) Take State Highway 17 North through Yorktown, Gloucester, and the Town of Tappahannock.

2) In Tappahannock, stay on Hwy. 17 – N (towards Fredericksburg) for approximately 18
miles.

3) Turn Left on Quarter Hill Road (County Road 641) – a large greenhouse business is on the
right side of Hwy. 17 – N at the turning point. Travel 2 miles and Kinloch Farm is on the
Right. Follow the gravel road on the right to the Parking Area and proceed to the front
door. Welcome to Kinloch Farm!

FROM EASTERN MARYLAND/BALTIMORE/ANNAPOLIS

1) Travel south on Highway 301 and cross the Potomac and Rappahannock Rivers. Just past Port Royal, VA, turn Left on Virginia Highway 17 heading south.

2) Roughly 8 miles south of the intersection of Hwy. 17 – S and Hwy. 301, turn Right on Quarter Hill Road (County Road 641). Travel 2 miles and Kinloch Farm is on the Right. Follow the gravel entrance road on the right to the Parking Area and proceed to the front door. Welcome to Kinloch Farm!
